Beliefs of Zoroastrianism
Zoroastrians believe that there is one universal, transcendent, supreme god, that god is the Wise Lord or also known as Ahura Mazda. Another is, those who do good deeds that outweigh the bad go to heaven and the ones who do more evil than good go to hell. They also believe in a god called Angra Mainyu who is the evil version of Ahura Mazda. They also believe that in this world the purpose is to help god make it better. They believe that symbols for purity are fire, water, milk and bread. |
